We assist Greater Cincinnati residents with special health care needs and/or financial barriers through CincySmiles' Discounted Dental Services to obtain dental care.  Patients are primarily adults.  Many patients are the "working poor" or elderly living on fixed incomes.  Eligible patients are matched with volunteer dentists who have agreed to reduce fees for dental care.

What you need to know about the Discounted Dental Services:

  • This is not an emergency program
  • The program serves residents of Greater Cincinnati
  • Services may include an exam, x-rays, cleaning, fluoride treatment, sealants, fillings, extractions, dentures, partials or treatment of gum disease.
  • Services DO NOT include implants, adult braces or teeth whitening.
  • Each dentist determines the treatment plan, fees and payment arrangements.
  • Fees are based on a patient's income and certain health conditions.
  • Clients must be able to pay some money at the time of each appointment
